FJ30 Aqua-Frac Valve Lube

FJ30 Aqua-Frac Valve Lube is the grease that won’t disappear when exposed to water and other chemicals. With its volume-increasing technology, it will actually thicken when exposed to water, thereby reducing washout during operations. Keeping the grease in the valves will prolong valve life and will reduce operational costs. During operation, conventional greases can be washed out of the valve body and will require regreasing in order to continue the job. By using FJ30, valves will not need greasing as often, and valve damage will be reduced or eliminated, saving money from repairs and replacement of damaged valves. FJ30 Aqua-Frac Valve Lube adheres to metal, assuring protection from rust and corrosion. It is resistant to chemicals such as hydrogen sulfide, brine, CO₂, and hydrochloric acid, in addition to being water-resistant and non-thinning when exposed to water.
